What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities include:


  • Coordinates project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Creates/maintains comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports (to various audiences, including senior leadership), project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Responds to ad hoc requests for information and analysis by researching and gathering information required, manipulating database fields, preparing spreadsheets, tables, charts, graphs, reports and presentations as required to summarize information.
  • Develops templates, reviews procedures, and supports management of backlog and activities.
  • Ensures all project documentation is accurate, uptodate, and easily accessible to team members.
  • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to gather and compile project requirements and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Project Process and Supports team members to track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to the project team and management as needed.
  • Support the monitoring and tracking of project budgets, expenses, invoices, and reconciling discrepancies as needed.
  • Assists in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Supports the project team in resolving conflicts and promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conducts postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Fosters and maintains an organizational culture that promotes mutual respect, teamwork, and service excellence.

Your education & skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a related discipline with a minimum of three (3) years' recent, related financial analysis and planning experience in a large, complex service organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in three distinct areas: financial analysis, project planning/management and technical expertise relating to the specific project(s).
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using project management software and tools, as well as MS Office, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to identify issues, and to develop and analyze solutions to resolve problems.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project and ADO (Azure Dev Ops)
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.
