Job Description_

Quality Vending is growing, and we're looking for another office employee to join our team. Work for a company that is growing, and provides a fantastic local, family feel working atmosphere. We rely on our administrative staff to be the front line of communication with our customers.

Taking orders, taking and dispatching service calls, and general administrative duties are critical in the everyday operation of the company.

The main roll of this position is to take care of answering incoming phone calls; dispatching them to the appropriate person or taking care of the customers needs directly.

This includes taking orders, processing refunds, dispatching service calls, etc. General office duties such as filing, data entry, pre-call phone calls, and more may also be involved.

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm:

$17.00/hour
