Purpose
National Logistics Services (NLS) is looking for the right individual to join our busy Technology team. The Transportation System Analyst team will work closely within the Technology department and our Transportation Departments.

This role will support the business through TMS system implementations, providing support and resolutions for escalated system issues on new and existing clients.


Responsibilities

  • Support the business with TMS systems implementation, resolve issues and administer updates on new and existing clients
  • Create and administer test scripts and perform system testing within the TMS for new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and implement process flows in Visio based on business needs/processes.
  • Act as a knowledge source related to data integrity and staying current with system information, changes, and updates.
  • Resolve track and route problems, requests and document as needed.
  • Able to work on EDI integrations on client, thirdparty platforms, and internal systems
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum High School diploma; University Degree / College diploma preferred.
years of experience in the transportation industry

  • 3 years of experience supporting a TMS system
  • Experience with TMS/courier systems would be an asset. Trimble
  • Truckmate experience is preferred.
  • Manhattan WMi experience would be an asset
