We are currently seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis.

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve targets and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Able to make cold calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in metal, steel, or stainless steel products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in B2B sales and marketing or a related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in using various sales and marketing tools, including CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Selfmotivated and targetoriented, with a drive to achieve results.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge about metal, steel, or stainless steel products is preferred.

Requirements:

• A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Experience in making cold calls for lead generation and sales conversion.
