Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cafeteria Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria.

As a Cafeteria Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the cafeteria, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the cafeteria, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and cashier duties
• Supervise and train cafeteria staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional requirements and cater to diverse dietary needs
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
