About Us:

DNM Heating and Cooling Ltd. is a rapidly expanding company based in Sault Ste. Marie. As part of our growth strategy, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Duct Cleaning Division. We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Division Manager to lead this new venture.


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Estimating_: Assess and provide accurate estimates for duct cleaning projects, considering all relevant factors.

Quoting:_ Prepare and deliver competitive quotes to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs.

Sales_: Drive sales growth by actively seeking new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Operations:_ Ensure the efficient operation of the Duct Cleaning Division, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, quality control and completion of digital timesheets.

Team Leadership:_ Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.

Compliance:_Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Reporting:_ Generate reports on division performance and make data-driven decisions.

Customer Satisfaction:_Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and resolving any issues promptly.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, including estimating, sales, and team management.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Valid and clean driver's license.

Duct cleaning experience (preferred but not required).

Experience with digital timesheets (preferred but not required).


Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will range from_
$60,000 to $80,000,_ inclusive of bonus incentives based on performance and division growth.
