THE POSITION:
As a Sales Associate and ambassador for Stronghold, your primary responsibility is to drive sales within the Southwestern Ontario marketplace.
This involves:

Building and Managing Relationships: Establish and nurture new relationships to promote Stronghold I.T.'s service offerings.

Client Acquisition: Work towards adding new clients to our portfolio.

Supporting Marketing Initiatives: Assist the team in executing various marketing strategies.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Postsecondary marketing and/or business diploma
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar sales role
- Preference given to applicants with an ITIL Foundations Certificate
COMMUNICATIONS/INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, phone)
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Goaloriented, organized team player with strong time management skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Proficient in presenting and promoting products/services to prospective clients
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- General understanding of Microsoft O365, Disaster Recovery solutions, Cloud computing and IT security
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Relationship Building: Regularly interact with new prospects to represent Stronghold I.T.

Product Knowledge: Achieve a complete understanding of Stronghold's products, services, and brand.

Travel: Be available to travel within our territory to meet with prospects and clients.

Product Promotion: Educate prospects on how Stronghold I.T. suite of products can benefit their organization.

Research: Research new accounts and attend relevant tradeshows to create your own leads.

Marketing Support: Help develop and maintain prospect marketing lists.

Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to strategize various sales opportunities.

Client Onboarding: Participate in our onboarding process for new clients.

Daily Reporting: Share stats/metrics from the previous day in our daily Round Table meeting.

Workflow Management: Prioritize workflow based on opportunity value.

Continued Learning: Attend internal meetings, sales events, and commit to training to stay updated on the latest developments.

Marketing Assistance: Be available as a resource for senior marketing personnel who might need assistance with a variety of tasks associated with our marketing efforts.

Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Business Plan Development: Help develop and implement a sales business plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work an average of 40 hours per week
