We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team.Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will provide data analytical support, project management and governance in the day-to-day operations of the organization.
There will be a focus on inventory metrics and warehouse operations as they relate to the entire sourcing-to-pay process.Position Responsibilities
- Working with all aspects of the business to analyze and understand current sourcetopay business processes
- Develop strategies and process improvements that can be presented to senior leadership to drive and improve operations within our sourcing, billing and inventory management
- Gather data from multiple systems and tools that can be consolidated to provide accurate information to make informed decisions
- Maintain scorecards and metrics that are used in the development of strategic business decisions
- Analyze inventory transactions within inventory system
- Maintain monthly inventory reconciliations, produce inventory reports on a regular basis for management.
- Manage inventory levels by running weekly reports by identifying and validating purchasing requirements
- Collect, document, monitor, and review inventory and price data for accuracy and timeliness within inventory and billing systems
- Create presentations that clearly turn data into information
- Identify gaps and trends and perform analyses to determine root causes and develops recommended solutions
- Ability to analyze and prepare reports with data from different sources for crossfunction stakeholders and senior leadership
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Experience/Knowledge Required
- Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent
- 3+ years Business Analyst experience, specifically within Supply Chain and Warehousing
- Strong experience in inventory metrics as asset
- Experience with inventory/billing systems an asset (i.e. RF Pathways, SAP, Sage)
- Self starter, can produce high quality work and work efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to comprehend complex concepts
- Excellent facilitation and problemsolving skills
- Experience in business process designs and implementation to multiple stakeholders
