    Job Title: Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's

    The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional Guest Services. This key position supports the Store Manager in various tasks, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, reducing shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control.

    About the Position:

    1. Assists the Store Manager in maintaining store operations, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment.
    2. Responsible for staff development, performance management, and providing guidance to team members.
    3. Contributes to effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and overall store appearance.

    Key Requirements:

    1. Minimum 18 years old.
    2. Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
    3. Prior retail and/or management experience is essential.

    Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $60,000, depending on location and experience.
