- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services
- Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience at every interaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
