Permanent Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Field Heavy Duty Mechanic who will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a very wide range of Caterpillar and general line equipment in Williams Lake.

If you are a safety conscious team player, self-motivated, autonomous, detail-oriented and possess your Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Certification then you are exactly who we are looking for

• Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Certification

Completion of Caterpillar product courses would be considered an asset
Previous repair and troubleshooting experience with Caterpillar general line products would be considered an asset
This position is located at our Finning Williams Lake branch based on a 5x2 and other shifts
Any future shift changes will be made in accordance with the collective agreement
A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
