Production Worker/Sandblasting Assistant - With Opportunities To Grow.

About the Position:

This position requires attention to detail, understanding of production flow, and willingness to learn and follow proper techniques.

If you are looking for a job that produces immediate results and exposes you to new products and projects daily, then we may have a position for you.

Duties:

Carefully package finished goods for safe transportation.
Solve unique racking and staging challenges of clean customer goods for production.
Inspect pieces for proper cleanliness before blasting.
Prepare parts for blasting as per work instructions.
Assist the Lead Sand Blaster with the transport of goods through the shop.
Sand Blasting as required.
Assist Shipper with loading and unloading delivery trucks as required.
Safe and effective use of orbital sanders, air guns, and other productionrelated tools.
Open communication to keep production flowing.
Attend and contribute to production huddles, safety meetings, and training as required.
Assist with other duties on the shop floor as required.

Qualifications:

Capable of reading and writing in English.
Able to safely lift to 50lbs.
Actively engage in problemsolving, not problem naming.
Effective at time management.
Detailoriented and able to follow a process to completion.
Prior forklift experience is an asset.
