Responsibilities:

Show and lease residential properties to prospective tenants
Maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market and rental rates
Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a leasing agent or in a similar sales role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
