Duties:

As a brand ambassador you will represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
Showcase our luxury vehicle lineup with enthusiasm and expertise
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Provide exceptional sales support by answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues
Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Remain uptodate with product knowledge of all Mercedes-Benz Vehicles and all competitive products and services
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Experience:

Current OMVIC Sales Licence
Previous automotive sales experience, preferably with a luxury brand
Strong sales support skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customer base
Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)

Pay:
$60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
