    Description

    Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician-Plumber

    The Kativik Regional Government, a supra-municipal body with jurisdiction over the territory north of the 55th parallel, seeks a self-motivated individual to work as a building maintenance technician-plumber.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform scheduled maintenance service and repairs on plumbing and oil heating systems;
    • Clean, adjust, test, and repair oil heating appliances;
    • Install, alter, and modify drainage waste and vent systems;

    To be successful in this role you will require:
    A vocational certificate as a Journeyman Plumber;
    A valid class-5 driver's licence;
    <b>Minimum of five to eight years</b> of relevant building-systems maintenance experience with emphasis on oil heating systems.
