Job Description:

Build workflows and dashboards to automate processes and reports for client and internal engagement teams
Identify and implement improvements in data and reporting practices
Develop and implement controls to monitor, address and prevent data integrity issues in systems and tools
Manage data cleanup exercises and work with the engagement team to ensure data accuracy moving forward
Manage a schedule of time sensitive reporting requirements as well as any time sensitive ad hoc requests that arise
Support the implementation of standardized data management and reporting practices
Oversee the work of junior reporting resources, if required
Work with leadership and client service team to communicate actions required for reporting accuracy and sharing ideas to improve reporting and automation opportunities

Qualifications:

Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Workbench
Ability to quickly understand and interpret processes and logic in order to develop workflow
Ability to identify and implement efficiencies in data reporting and analytics processes
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and under strict deadlines
Ability to effectively prioritize, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to share and collaborate effectively with other members of the team
Experience in or familiarity with immigration would be an asset
