Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our
Vancouver office.

The Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries and provides world-class customer service by ensuring all customer needs are met.

Typical inquiries include assistance with identifying parts, providing quotations, and placing orders, assistance with returns and billing adjustments, and order tracking and expediting.

The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of creating an overall positive customer experience and therefore must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and maintain good customer relationships by servicing phone calls, delivering on customer needs and assisting in problem resolution
Complete development plan and participates in ongoing training programs to improve competencies, skills, and product knowledge
Complete special projects and performs other related duties as needed
2+ years of customer service experience in an Industrial sales environment
Positive, "cando" attitude
Strong computer skills, MS-Office, Word, and Excel experience is a plus
Works well in a team setting
Excellent problemsolving ability
Ability to multitask and effectively manage workload
Takes ownership of a problem and follows it through resolution
Accepting of change and ability to adapt as needed
Experience with SAGE software and Salesforce CRM an asset.
Highenergy, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proven ability to multitask and stay ahead of customer needs
Interface with our production team to ensure timely delivery based on various customer lead times
Learn about our products and become an expert on solving customer needs
Dispatch shipments by interfacing with our Logistics providers.
