    Payroll Administrator - Limited Term (6 months)

    Job Summary

    The Payroll Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager, Canada. This position requires an individual who is able to efficiently multi-task, handling a regular workload and completing extra duties as time becomes available. Working in a team environment and responding to employees, as well as government agencies and other external parties, requires strong interpersonal skills.

    Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Retrieving digital and manual timesheets
  • Verification of information on timesheets
  • Data Entry
  • Completion of employment earnings and requests
  • Handling payroll calls and employee inquiries
  • Verification of accuracy in pay runs
  • Technical Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products including Word, Excel, Adobe and other databases
  • Education and Experience

  • CPA (Canadian Payroll Association) PCP certification being worked towards or achieved
  • 1-4 years of experience in Canadian Payroll.
  • Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce would be beneficial.
