- New Business Processing on Carrier Partner Portals
- Maintaining follow-up on activities in BMS
- Prepare all letters and appropriate documents that relate to the above, as well as mail documents
- Review and quality check documentation as it relates to the above
- Assemble and create application packages for new business on behalf of Sharp producers
- Reception backup when scheduled
- Renewal, reissue, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and New business reconciliation
- Monthly Data clean-up and Weekly Expiry reports, eDoc check and past reports, renewal releases, and boat policies
- Maintain Shared inbox for Digital products, new business applications and manual invoicing carriers
- Work with finance department and personal lines dept. to review and correct commission differences
- Assist with monthly or weekly audits to confirm transactions are processed correctly
- Other duties may be required
- Minimum One (1) year of customer service experience
- Previous insurance experience or RIBO license an asset
- A team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Applied Epic Business management system an Asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products in MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective organizational skills and time management
