Job summary
This is the position of Site Assistant at Kerry in Laval plant. The incumbent must ensure that visitors and employees are welcomed while supporting production. Key responsibilities include personalized reception for visitors according to the event (clients, suppliers, meetings), proper functioning of the Traction Guest system and managing building access through badge management system.- - Handle requests related to PPE.
- - Manage office supplies.
- - Disseminate messages from departments using appropriate channels.
