About the Role


The Enterprise Partnership Manager plays a critical role in building new partnerships and growing existing strategic alliances across key verticals; this role will have a nationwide focus in both the US and Canada.

Through dynamic prospecting, managing relationships, and developing strategic marketing plans, this individual will directly contribute to the expansion of the enterprise division of the Foxquilt partnership team.

Goals and Objectives

As a Enterprise Partnership Manager, you will be instrumental in contributing to our ambitious goals for the department:

  • Secure key partnerships and affinity groups within defined verticals
  • Manage and track partners against pipeline revenue targets and conversion goals
  • Enable partnership success through structured onboarding processes and continuous engagement
  • Embed Foxquilt Insurance offerings into the partner's ecosystem and product suite
  • Meet and exceed written premium and profit for the organization as part of our omnichannel strategy
  • Drive a strong mix of business across targeted insurance verticals
  • Strengthen brand awareness and market credibility through enterprise networks and organizations

Responsibilities:


As a Enterprise Partnership Manager, you will:

  • Prequalify partnership opportunities against written premium and profit objects
  • Build a sustainable pipeline for transnational account opportunities across the US and Canada
  • Lead Foxquilt introductory meetings, create partnership pitches and execute on strategic partnership contracts
  • Develop and manage a set of sales marketing & operational plans
  • Work with key stakeholders, distribution partners, and internal teams at Foxquilt to identify potential new partnerships
  • Manage new and existing partnership opportunities through CRM and Partnerstack platforms
  • Lead with an entrepreneurial and techdriven mindset to provide partners with API enabled embedded insurance solutions
  • Create marketing campaigns and coselling programs in tandem with the internal marketing team and external partners to optimize growth potential
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related discipline _(preferred)_
  • 5+ years of business development and/or account management experience within InsurTech and FinTech industries
  • Previous work in partnership teams and ecosystems
