Description
Outbound calling to Canadian funeral homes for the purpose of price verification.


Presenting the advantages and benefits of before-need funeral planning to clients in the manner and scope as set forth by the company and in compliance with policies set forth by the company.

Participation in all company-directed training initiatives, utilizing training, scripts, and techniques, to fulfill duties.

Maintaining a working knowledge of reference material.


Representing the company in a professional and caring manner, maintaining a professional personal appearance and demeanor, and employing honesty, and ethical methods of performing duties.


Compliance with all company procedures for customer service when dealing with clients, handling complaints, and other duties necessary to ensure quality service levels.


Maintaining confidentiality of company information, including details of client plans, names, and addresses of clients and employees, and other such information.


Required Skills:

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Excellent research skills

Ability to sense and respond to spoken and unspoken needs of the client.

Typing speed - minimum 30 wpm (must be able to handle phone calls and enter data at the same time)

Excellent team player who can work well in both team and independent settings.

Ability to research and employ resources for the purpose of fulfilling client needs and requests.

Comfortable working with the topic of funeral planning and insurance services (previous experience in an asset).

Ability to adapt to constantly changing policies and procedures and an evolving business model.


Additional Information:
Previous call center experience is required

Must have reliable transportation - Free parking

Must have reliable contact resources

Must have high speed WiFi to work remote and service callers from home.

Must fully comply with Remote Agent protocols, processes, and procedures and with United States Government contract requirements.

Hours of Operation

Advisor will be willing to work any hours as we offer support 24/7 weekends and holidays
