We have an exciting IMMEDIATE permanent opportunity to join our Finance team It is an exciting, challenging role for someone who has just completed their CPA
***As a Finance Manager at QM LP, you will be responsible for month-end duties such as communicating with project managers to determine revenue recognition, completeness of cost accruals, overseeing the payroll team, co-ordinating with the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams, and managing the cash flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating with operations to ensure that revenue is being recognized appropriately in accordance to GAAP;
Ensuring that operations has performed the appropriate cost accruals on a monthly basis;
Oversight over the payroll team to ensure that payroll accruals are being performed accurately and payroll is being processed in a timely and effective manner;
Management of various monthend activities;
Work closely with Controller to design best practices in new ERP software;
Supervision of accounts receivable collections as well as accounts payable to ensure proper cash flow administration; and
Other special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KEY COMPETENCIES

Education/ Experience:

CPA
University Degree
Minimum three years experience in public accounting and/or industry

Requirements & Abilities:

Able to work 5 days in the office.
Fluent in English.
Be eligible to work in Canada.
