JOB SUMMARY
As a Warehouse employee, you will work in the warehouse/distribution center.

A Warehouse employee is required to pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely, and double-check their work before completing a task.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Unload merchandise by hand (may be on skids but mostly individual boxes)
Count and sort merchandise listed on packing slip(s)
Pick merchandise within the distribution center to prepare for shipping
Identify damaged, lost, or missing merchandise and notify the appropriate person
Pack orders in a timely manner and close boxes to prepare for shipping
Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
Ability to clearly communicate in English verbally and in writing
Ability to work on feet for a full shift
Current forklift certification is a plus
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a group

This is a contract position for approximately 6 months, with the possibility for permanent employment.
