You as a Project Manager, Design Build (Transitioning to Project Operations) will:

Provide overall construction management from bid phase to project completion including design, procurement, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent
Analyze and scope project RFQ/RFP requirements, lead a team of designers and construction professionals to develop a competitive and compliant RFQ/RFP response and develop client and senior management submissions including design/technical presentations and commercial meetings for the RFQ/RFP period
Liaise with project estimators to develop work breakdown structures and participate in subcontractors' engagement and bid reviews, capital development, marketing, legal and facility management as required
Ensure high standard and competitive commercial/design solutions and strategies are developed and optimized in accordance with the RFP instructions; focused on winning the pursuit
Play a strategic partnership role working collaboratively in a team environment, in conjunction with various disciplines and stakeholders internally and externally

As part of the Operations team and after participating in a successful bid, the Project Manager will:

Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings
Meet with clients and other parties involved in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company
Monitor, interpret and forecast a project's cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow
Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team's ongoing development and progression
Submit project reports to Area Manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated
