• Preparing/assembling Terms and Conditions as well as Conformed Contracts for EPCM, Unit Rate, EPC and BOO delivery contracts
• Preparing/assembling Terms and Conditions as well as Conformed Contracts for Equipment Supply contracts
• Management and administration of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
• Pre-Qualification of Contractors and Equipment Vendors
• Coordinate the prequalification, tendering and technical clarifications with bidders;
• Lead the commercial evaluation and expedite the technical evaluation of tender packages;
• Negotiate best price and any exceptions to Terms and Conditions
• Prepare the recommendation to award;
• Expedite the submittal of agreed deliverables;
• Coordinate shop inspections, factory acceptance tests, and shop expediting as required;
• Coordinate transport and logistics of purchased items;

• Highly developed verbal and written communications and presentation skills, especially working with multidisciplinary teams in multiple locations
• Energetic selfstarter with a collaborative working style and thrives in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills
• Demonstrated ability to think "out of the box" to provide our clients with innovative & valueadded solutions

• 10+ years' experience in procurement with an engineering firm (EPC/EPCM), a construction company or a heavy industrial experience or equivalent;
• Experience in purchasing, expediting, transport and logistics;
• General understanding of the process to procure complex mining equipment;
• Negotiation experience of complex terms and conditions;
• Ability to handle stress, multitasks and demands of continuous changes;
