**Sales Manager/ Dispatcher- LTL/FTL Logistics**
Position Overview:ASL Global Logistics is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Dispatcher experienced in LTL/FTL Logistics to join our team in Brampton, ON. This role entails managing customer accounts, quoting and booking LTL loads, dispatching shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries while prioritizing customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager/Dispatcher will also play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities through cold calling, relationship building, and process improvement initiatives, while possessing comprehensive knowledge of transportation modes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in LTL/FTL Logistics Sales and Dispatch
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to selfmotivate and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational, leadership, and attentiontodetail skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations and documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Possession of a book of business or industry contacts is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, quoting, booking, and dispatching LTL loads
- Develop new business leads through cold calling and relationship building
- Collaborate with teams to enhance processes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with industry rules, regulations, and documentation
- Exceed sales targets and goals consistently
Salary - 80K - 100K
Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
