Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems faults, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Liaise with clients to assess their service needs, offering technical advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports, documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members and clients.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in service and maintenance.
