Sales Representative - Lakeridge Painting Muskoka


This position requires daily local travel to multiple client sites within a territory and regular in-person meetings with the company owner.

Lakeridge Painting Muskoka has a career opportunity for a qualified Sales Representative, who will play an integral part in the growth of our company.

This person will be instrumental in all revenue generating activities within the business.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

perform in-person and virtual sales appointments following our proven sales process, initiate lead-generating programs, attend networking events, follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, and complete performance reports to measure important KPI's.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the sales flow for all inbound leads
• Initiate and manage lead generation programs
• Canvassing independently as well as alongside a team of marketers managed by oneself
• Schedule estimates for leads as they are generated
• Complete inperson and virtual sales appointments following our proven sales process
• Follow up with all work not landed on the spot to ensure sales closings
• Track KPI's through weekly performance reports
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience
• Perform field visits to projects in process to ensure highquality work and customer satisfaction is being delivered by painting teams
• Serve as a single point of contact for customers
• Complete necessary administrative paperwork and duties
• Attend weekly review meetings with the owner as scheduled
• Attend networking events and homeshows
• Report necessary information to the owners of Lakeridge Painting Muskoka

Qualifications:

• Two or more years of related experience
• Paint (retail management or painting), decorating or home service industry experience
• Must be proficient in English
• Must have dependable transportation for daily client estimates and sales calls

Compensation:

• Commission based
• Unlimited earning potential
• Estimates booked = gas paid for

$4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
