Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative - Operations individual is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of our business on behalf of the management and sales team.
The job includes identifying and resolving problems, building, and maintaining positive relationships. This role will be working closely with the Sales Operation Manager and the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the 'Orders' Inbox
- Project Creation
- create project/cases in CRM
- create invoices
- Address any billing disputes
- Time reconciliation on projects
- Sage Statement Reconciliation (at the end of the month)
Partner Services:
- Review pricing
- Invoice orders
- Purchasing
- Address any general inquiries, activation code requests, reinstatement requests
Sales:
- Support the sales team regarding questions on pricing
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure that client objectives are being maintained.
- Identify and recommend areas for improving business revenue and work towards reducing costs by researching & resolving billing discrepancies for the client.
- Maintain appropriate and positive relationships with internal/external customers and vendors; build trust in others by exhibiting professionalism and confidentiality.
- Communicate and escalate relevant information to appropriate individuals (i.e. managers, coworkers, etc.) in a timely manner and through appropriate channels.
- Support and advocate all BAASS Business Solutions Inc. policies, decisions, goals, and values.
Qualifications
- University or College degree
- 13 Years of experience in a customer support/operations capacity; Will also consider new graduates
- Willingness to work within a flexible and collaborative team environment
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Strong organizational skills timesheets and expenses completed in a timely manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining focused and organized
- Experience with a Customer Management System (CRM) preferred however, will provide training
