Location:
Ontario - remote-based position

Lifemark is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and social-media savvy
Bilingual Recruiter (French-English)
to support Lifemark's Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS)** in partnership with WCG Services.

This team makes a difference in the lives of Canada's veterans, their families and communities by providing mental and physical rehabilitation services.

This role takes having patience, a great sense of humor, persistence, and the strong desire to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.

Your 2-3 years of experience as a recruiter, growing knowledge of recruitment best practices, along with a familiarity of applicant tracking systems will allow for great success in this position.

Excellent communication in French and English is a must.

An understanding of the professions of physiotherapy, psychology, massage therapy, occupational therapy, and other physical and mental health rehabilitation services is highly valuable for this role.

A few other typical role accountabilities include:

Reporting, metrics, & recruitment analytics
Telephone screenings, video and inperson interviews
Direct sourcing of competitor talent
The creation & advertisement of original, attractive job postings on internal and external job boards & niche sites
Virtual and In-Person attendance at career fairs and trade shows
