  • Providing Intensive home school community-based assessment treatment intervention for children youth identified mental health needs their families Service Coordination collaboration developing goal-focused treatment plans Provide consultation support training to schools agencies Caregiver skill building family sessions group work Implement client-focused activities responsive client needs Maintain confidentiality aspects job written verbal implied Participating Facilitating case conferences staff meetings team meetings etc Being accessible accountable team members participate regular supervision processes Maintaining records reports Centre policies procedures
