Our location in Stettler, Alberta is owned by Canalta and we are now hiring for the food service supervisor position.

Your duties and responsibilities would include:
Full Time: 30-44 Hours/Week
- Open availability
- Languages: English
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Certifications: Food Safety, ProServe, ProTect, Reel Facts and First Aid
- Work site environment: Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp, Hot
- Work setting: Restaurant
- Personal suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player
Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
- Tasks: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food, Managing inventory/ordering food and beverage products and supplies (experience with BDL/Liquor Connect), Creating schedules using online platforms (experience with Ameego), Managing food and labour costs, Posting promotion/advertisements on social media platforms, Interviewing and hiring new team members, Training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Ensure food service and quality control, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check preparation and presentation of food/beverages.
