We are seeking an experienced and energetic person to integrate current resources and develop IT system that meets our needs for our multiple locations

Duties of Information Systems Specialist include:

• Develop quality assurance procedures and tests for the development and improvement of new and existing systems
• Collect and analyze shipping and clients data to identify areas for improvement within an organization's IT infrastructure
• Monitor or optimize the performance, security
• Use available technology to promote the web site and gather statistical information for analysis
• Plan, develop, and manage all IT services, programs, and support throughout the enterprise
• Oversee the implementation, deployment and operation of information systems and technology solutions for business needs
• Oversee website functionality and development
• Research, design, and implement the appropriate technologies to support and improve corporate communications, access to information, and enduser productivity
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and costeffective acquisition of technology purchases; oversee warranties and service agreements
• Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organization, business partners, and/or customers

Requirements for the role:

• A university degree or a college diploma, preferred in computer science, computer system engineering or software engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience in a software or computer program developer role
• Strong Knowledge of data processes and information systems
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Salary:
$41.00-$45.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• IT: 3 years (required)
