Technical Support Coordinator

On-site: 9300 Trans Canada Route, St-Laurent, QC, H4S 1K5

Responsibilities:


  • Desktop and Technical Support


  • Storage Systems

  • NAS and SAN
  • Sharepoint Administration
  • Azure Active Directory management
  • Print Management


  • Remote Support

  • Teamviewer, Anydesk etc
  • Microsoft Intune
  • OneDrive
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Microsoft Defender for Business
  • Spam Filtering
  • Adobe Suite Administration
  • Mac and PC builds and Configuration
  • Audio Visual Setups
  • Teams Phone Systems
  • Basic Network Cabling administration
  • Supporting Local Area Network
  • UPS Admin
  • IT Asset management
  • Ordering PC, network and accessory hardware
  • Backup Systems (Veaam)

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to deal with Executives
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be reactive
