- Attend educational sessions for professional development
- Current Medication Administration Certificate or equivalent
- Certificate of competency from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Registered with a regulatory body
- Experience in gerontology and care coordination an asset
