Description

Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Provide prompt service to Technicians, customers and to our wholesale accounts.
  • Handle telephone parts orders for wholesale and/or retail accounts and maintain records of all specialorder parts.
  • Write purchase orders for parts from outside suppliers
  • Inform customers when special orders are received
  • Ensure that all defective warranty parts, returned by Technicians are properly identified and placed accordingly in our Warranty return area.
  • Arrange for delivery or shipment of parts as required.
  • Prepare and cost parts invoices
  • Periodically install accessories for a customer vehicle (ie
- roof racks, floor mats, etc.).

  • Keep work area, warehouse and parts area cleaned and organized (sweeping floors, dusting shelves, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CDK is considered an asset
