quality modular homes for customers and developers. Our stylish modular homes are built in a 165,000 square foot climate-controlled facility in Barrhead, Alberta.

Job Summary:

Northplex Ltd. is currently seeking a Full-Time Interior Trimmer located in Barrhead, AB. This position is for all interior trim work, including baseboards and crown work.

Position Accountabilities:

Read production orders, diagrams and specification lists
Study specifications in blueprints, or building plans to determine dimensions and materials required
Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw
Process lumber and metal components using hand and power tools (circular saw, table saw, chop saw, nail and staple gun, sander, etc.)
Measure, cute and install baseboards, door trim and crown using required tools (Brad nailer, saws, etc.)
Work within the larger team to create a safe, clean, and efficient workplace
Follows procedures accurately and carefully to ensure work is completed to the highest standards possible
Performs other related duties as required.

Position Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:

Has achieved a high level of technical skills or knowledge in the trade
Ability to read and follow detailoriented blueprints, drawings, and written specifications
High attention to detail
Highly organized, good work ethic, willing to learn, and good attendance
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Teamplayer with good attitude
Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Perform duties in an organized and productive manner in a fastpaced environment
