First Onsite is seeking to hire a
full-time Carpenter/Drywaller/Painter in the GTA. Do you have previous experience in restoration or construction? Are you looking to

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CARPENTER/DRYWALL/PAINTER
You are focused on bringing back homes and businesses to their former beauty. Your attention to detail and passion for construction assists you in delivering quality work to our customers. Fixing a cabinet, hanging a door or a window is easy to you. Making damaged drywall disappear is your specialty. You bring smooth walls to life after the unexpected happens, like a flood or fire.

You also love to paint, it is relaxing to you and something you don't mind doing to get the project done.

Your excellent team player skills assist you as you work collaboratively with construction crews.

Health and safety are important to you, which is why you respect all policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed by other employees and subcontractors.

You are a get-it-done person who likes to be active and isn't afraid to jump right in and make things happen.

You take pride in your work and feel good about being able to restore order for people in our community while helping us build a loyal customer base

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 23 years of experience as a carpenter, drywaller and painter (blended role) in the construction or restoration industry
Ability to pass a background check

Valid drivers' license

FULL G MANDATORY
Availability for scheduled oncall and afterhour shifts
Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
