- Generate cost estimates for the development, production, and design of elite architectural stairs.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to secure bids on projects.
- Present job take-offs in an organized and fluid manner to stakeholders and the team.
- Collaborate with project managers, ownership, design team, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct thorough research on pricing for various components (steel/metal, wood) from suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ability to communicate and follow up with clients on a regular basis.
- Ability to cold call to gain new clientele.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales/Estimator to join our team in a manufacturing architectural setting, specializing in the creation of elite, one-of-a-kind stairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for the development, production, and design of stairs, as well as generating timely quotes to secure bids on projects. Collaboration with project managers, ownership, designers, architects, contractors and clients is crucial, along with diligent research on pricing from various suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
