Description
We are looking for a new colleague to join our quality team The technician will work 4 days a week on the night shift and will have the challenge of maintaining the microbiological environmental program, in addition to consistency with the
production.


Main responsibilities

  • Support for the environmental program headed by the Senior QA Specialist
  • Provide technical/quality support for the whole plant;
  • Ensure that our products meet standards and various corporate standards
and SQF;

  • Ensure that safety and quality procedures and instructions are followed by the
operations and that the documentation is well completed;

  • Assist in the verification of any nonconforming discrepancies reported by operations and assess
corrective measures if necessary;

  • Work to improve recurring nonconformities and make recommendations
demoted;

  • Participate in certain laboratory tests;
  • Provide employee training when necessary and required;
  • Manage special projects on request.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment or studies in a field
related;

  • Good knowledge and relevant practical experience with food safety standards
food (HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practice), an asset;

  • Interpersonal skills and good team spirit with operations staff and ability to
communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;

  • Good knowledge of the office suite, an asset;
  • Be organized, rigorous, meticulous, resourceful, efficient and autonomous.
