Job Summary
The Director of Portfolio Asset Management is the strategic and operational leader for multiple client asset management workstreams as part of BGIS's integrated facility management product serving corporate and enterprise real‑estate portfolios.Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director to develop, execute and continuously refine the integrated asset‑management product‑line strategy.
- Ensure high‑quality delivery of all asset‑management programs that meet or exceed client expectations and internal performance metrics.
