We are looking for an
ambitious Regional Director who will build and lead the existing team of CFOs and book of business in
Montreal.

This is a remote based role, but you must be within the region.

The CFO Centre is the leading provider of Part-Time Chief Financial Officers.

Part-time CFOs are for those businesses that don't want, don't need, and probably can't afford a full-time chief financial officer, but need this skill set on a regular basis, or for situations as they arise.

The part-time CFO with big company experience can provide analysis, advice, and positive intervention to small & medium sized enterprises at a fraction of the cost of an in-house CFO.

You'll work closely with the CEO and the Team of Regional Directors across the country.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Has previously built a sustainable team/division;
  • Commercial background with a successful track record in developing new business;
  • Ability to 'connect' with and influence SME business owners;
  • Proven experience in business development, operations management, and project management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
  • A team player who thrives on building, leading and motivating a high performing team;
  • A strong 'people person' with a natural ability and enjoyment of building relationships;
  • Able to develop a strong alignment to the Company's Purpose and Culture
  • Energetic, motivated, determined, able to makes things happen;
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills;
  • Organized and dependable;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Empathy with and understanding of the role of the Chief Financial Officer
  • MBA, CPA or operational experience at CEO or COO level
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  • CFO experience preferred but not necessary;

  • Oversee and manage the operations of multiple locations within a designated region
