Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with management of electronic document database.
  • Assist with project specific accounts payables and accounts receivables.
  • Coordinate the submission of relevant project documents as requested.
  • Assist with the preparation of preconstruction qualifications, proposals and bid submissions.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, as requested.
  • Attend internal coordination and project meetings as required/requested.
  • Assist Project Management team as requested.
  • Provide professional administrative support to the Leadership Team in a helpful, respectful, friendly and timely manner.
  • Assist in coordinating meeting logistics, prepare agendas, meeting materials and meeting notes for actionable items and follow up.
  • Coordination of schedules and travel itineraries.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction environment.
  • Knowledge of Construction terminology.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and focus in a high paced environment.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
