Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the fast-paced environment of our restaurant kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our recipes and guidelines. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.


Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to restock as needed
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals
• Assist with cleaning duties, such as washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing kitchen equipment

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
