- Previous experience as an Orthopedic Technologist is preferred.
- Grade 12 education.
- Successful completion of the Orthopedic Technologist Course.
- Registration with the Canadian Society of Orthopedic Technologists or the American Society of Orthopedic Professionals required and maintains registration on an annual basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time and to do heavy lifting.

Description
Position Overview
Under the direction and supervision of a physician, performs duties related to the application, maintenance and removal of casts, and all types of traction for patients coming to the Orthopedic Clinic and on inpatient units. Maintains Orthopedic Clinic supplies.
