Demonstrate a warm and professional attitude when interacting with all guests and co-workers.

Arrive for your shift ready to work, and in your full uniform including nametag. Uniforms are the employee's responsibility to purchase after the 3month probationary period.
Be knowledgeable about our dining menus, drink menus and daily features.
Work efficiently and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Be effective in communicating with all other departments in the Restaurant.
Keep the restaurant clean and tidy, as this is the first thing our guests see when they walk in.
Ask questions when you are unsure how to do something. If a guest asks you a question you are not sure the answer to, let the guests know you are unsure and you will get back to them.
Follow our company's policies and procedures at all times.
Upsell menu items wherever possible. Be aware of products we are out of and our daily soups and features.
Complete shift check list during each scheduled shift.
Responsible for coffee service set up and clean up when required.
Be accurate and consistent when taking and inputting reservations.
Provide consistency in our service standards and ensure the quality of our product is being met.
Work with the front of house team to create the best possible dining experience for our guests.
Strive to always provide the best service to our guests.
Function and bar set up, service and clean up.
Ensure you are checking the reservation book at the beginning, during and end of your shift.
Deal with any guest complaints in a calm and professional manner. Pass along all complaints to the management team.
