Position Summary:

To deliver quality service to guests on arrival, departure by way of Airport pick up and drop off service, luggage handling and ensuring safe guest environment.

Job Duties and Activities:

To maintain scheduled pick up and drop off time between hotels.
Need to learn Front Desk activities too like Check in and check out
Greet all guests and associates pleasantly and maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
Respond to requests for services from hotel guest promptly, effectively and professionally.
Escort guest to and from the shuttle to the hotel lobbies or airport.
Maintain communication with front desk/night audit at all times.
Know and follow all emergency procedures.
Maintain a weather update.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front doors, lobby as well as outside the front of the hotel and parking lot.
Assist with guest luggage, opening doors to the hotel and opening car doors.
Engage in conversation with our guest. Use the guests name at every opportunity (very important).
Ensure professional radio/phone etiquette at all times.
Assist in the delivery of room service as required.
Assist in maintenance and house person duties as required.
Ensure the shuttle van is cleaned daily; inside and out.
Perform other duties as may be required.

Job Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

Flexibility in hours available to work and in duties performed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$15.50-$16.00 per hour
