To deliver a superior customer experience, we need a brilliant product manager who will ensure the Walmart marketing organization has the tools necessary to operate at top efficiency. As part of the Marketing Technology team, each product manager will have responsibility for a specific specialty area.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
•Define product strategy for our next generation Marketing platforms.
•Build an effective roadmap and define user stories that support business objectives and user needs.
•Work at the confluence of marketing, merchandising, and technology to deliver cutting edge solutions at unprecedented scale.
•Work closely with stakeholders, third party vendors and engineering to deliver the systems and tools that serve as the "source of truth" for all of Walmart's enterprise marketing planning and content.
•Assess risk factors associated with your product delivery and propose mitigation plans.
•Manage the roll-out of your product to key stakeholder groups.
•Measure, learn and iterate following delivery.
•Serve as an internal and external evangelist for your product.

•You have a passion for and keen understanding of enterprise grade web-based software, how large scale marketing organizations operate, content data management, and web integrations.
•You are able to identify external and internal customer needs and "bridge the divide" to develop technical product strategies, roadmaps and requirements that meet those practical needs.
•You are able to convincingly communicate product vision, solutions and benefits of our marketing tools set to internal and external agency stakeholders alike.
•You drive feature definition, planning and development efforts across third party vendors and technical teams with clarity and conviction.
•You are a proactive problem solver who operates effectively and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity.
•You have deep customer empathy, and champion the needs of customers and stakeholders throughout the development process.
•You are intellectually curious, technically savvy, and maintain a sense of humor and humility.

Minimum Qualifications
•5 years of experience in software Product Management throughout the full product life cycle, from concept through launch and maturity.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
•History of building strong cross-functional relationships between business, third party technology vendors and engineering in a large enterprise.
Preferred Qualifications
•Self-starter with strong execution skills and the ability to lead organizationally.
•Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that delight users and deliver the business outcome.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to executives, business and engineering alike.
•Possesses strong business acumen, capable of translating business needs into engineering terms and developing the associated financial business case.
•Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field a plus.
