The Amusement Ride Operations Team Leader is a liaison point in the organization, troubleshoots guest, team member and operational concerns. This position is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of all amusement rides ensuring that all rides are operating within the guidelines set out by the Amusement Services Act , within the regulations set out by the T.S.S.A. and in accordance with Marinelands Amusement Ride Operational Policies and Procedures. Also responsible for the presentation of all Amusement Ride Team Members and their work ethic, the health and safety of all team members in their department, for providing a safe work environment, scheduling of team members, motivation, coaching and counselling and the efficient, effective and timely operation of the Amusement Ride function. The Amusement Ride Operations Team Leader must be committed to not only providing superior guest service, but also to the integrity of the department under herhis control.
